Reservation Policy
• A 50% deposit is required to hold reservation dates.
• The final rental balance is due upon arrival and can be paid with credit card, check or cash. There is a 3% processing fee on all credit cards.
• Check-in is between 3PM and 7PM and check-out at 10AM.
• Late arrivals may be available upon request.
• Cabins and lodge are non-smoking.
• All cabins have high-speed wireless internet.
• All cabins have coffee makers and coffee.
• The cabins do not have televisions.
• Coin operated laundry facilities are available to guests in afternoons and evenings.
• Member of Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce.
• A one-hour late-checkout may be available (upon request) for an additional $50.
• We love pets, but for their safety, we have a firm NO PET Policy (exception for service dogs).
• Teton Cabins requires advance notice of guests bringing a service dog.
• Guests are liable for any damage done by a service dog. The service dog must not be left unattended during your stay, and for the safety of all guests, must be on a leash when outside your room.
Cancellation Policy
NO SHOW POLICY
• If a guest is a no show, they must pay 100% of total charges.


Standard Cancellation Policy
• If you provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit amount less a $75 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full value of your stay.
• Large reservations (4 or more rooms booked, or stays of 10 days or longer) are subject to Large Reservation Cancellation Policy (see below).
• We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may force guests to cancel their travel plans. While we sympathize, we are unable refund cancellations made within 15 days (no matter what the reason). To ensure peace of mind and protection against potential losses, we highly recommend that all our travelers secure third-party travel
insurance.


Large Reservation Cancellation Policy
• For large reservations (3 or more cabins booked, or stays of 7 days or longer) we require cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
• If you provide notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit amount less a 20% cancellation fee. Note: An additional 3% processing fee is withheld if deposit payment was made via anything other than a check.
• If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the full value of your stay.
• All activities (horseback riding and other equestrian events) are non-refundable, and require full payment at time of booking.
